How could we not help? Businesses all along the path of the Green Line construction were struggling to get customers through the door so out went an RFP and we went at it! We were already huge fans of many of the shops and restaurants along the line so having the opportunity to step up and help them out was a no-brainer!
The incredible diversity of the 11 miles inspired us to break it into destinations marked by business nodes and neighborhoods, then we focused on the businesses in those areas, and most importantly, on the individuals who own the businesses. We wanted to simultaneously tell the amazing stories of the businesses, and to put faces to those businesses that were struggling with the construction.
